Day 1

Arrival Nairobi, Transfer Fairmont the Norfolk

Arrive at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, where you’ll be met by your guide and transferred to your Nairobi hotel. Depending on arrival time, relax and enjoy the city’s vibrant atmosphere or unwind at the hotel.

Day 2

Nairobi City Tour

After breakfast, visit some of Nairobi’s most iconic attractions:

Giraffe Centre – hand-feed endangered Rothschild’s giraffes.
Sheldrick Elephant Orphanage – watch baby elephants being fed and learn about conservation efforts.
Karen Blixen Museum – explore the colonial home of the famous author of Out of Africa.
Lunch at a local restaurant before returning to the hotel for dinner and relaxation.

Day 3

Amboseli National Park

After breakfast, transfer to Wilson Airport for a scenic flight to Amboseli. Upon arrival, transfer to Ol Tukai Lodge, set against the backdrop of Mount Kilimanjaro. After lunch, embark on an afternoon game drive, where Amboseli’s famous elephant herds, buffalo, zebra, and giraffes roam freely. With luck, lions or cheetahs may appear on the plains. The towering Kilimanjaro offers a stunning photographic backdrop.

Day 4

Full Day Amboseli National Park

Enjoy a full day of game drives in Amboseli. The morning drive reveals predators hunting in the cool hours, while the afternoon highlights herds of elephants crossing the marshes. Bird enthusiasts can spot pelicans, egrets, and over 400 other species. Between drives, relax at your lodge and soak in breathtaking Kilimanjaro views.

Day 5

Maasai Mara Game Reserve

After breakfast, transfer to the airstrip for your flight to the Masai Mara, Kenya’s crown jewel of wildlife reserves. On arrival, transfer to Mara Maisha Camp, a luxury tented camp blending comfort with wilderness. After lunch, set off for your first game drive across the Mara’s rolling plains, seeking the Big Five (lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo, rhino) and other iconic wildlife.

Day 6

Full Day Maasai Mara Game Reserve

Spend a full day on safari in the Masai Mara. Depending on the season, you may witness the Great Wildebeest Migration (July–October), one of the world’s greatest natural spectacles. Beyond the migration, expect thrilling encounters with predators such as lions, leopards, and cheetahs, as well as large herds of antelope, giraffes, and elephants. Picnic lunch in the wild keeps you in the heart of the action. End the day with a sundowner and stories around the campfire.

Day 7

Lake Nakuru National Park

After breakfast, depart by road through the scenic Great Rift Valley to Lake Nakuru National Park. After lunch at your lodge, enjoy an afternoon game drive. Lake Nakuru is famed for its flocks of flamingos, as well as endangered black and white rhinos. You may also encounter Rothschild’s giraffes, lions, and elusive leopards in the acacia woodlands.

Day 8

Transfer Nairobi, Departure

After breakfast, enjoy a final morning drive in Nakuru before returning by road to Nairobi. Depending on flight schedule, transfer to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for departure or onward travel. End of Safari.

Oltukai Lodge

Mara Maisha Camp

Mara Maisha Camp is a luxury tented camp located just 4.5km from Talek Gate of the world famous Maasai Mara National Reserve. It offers fully furnished luxurious units complete with dining & bar facilities. Mara Maisha Camp has 100 self-contained tents. The beds have been custom designed, and are locally made using bush logs. All tents have a flush toilet, hot shower, mosquito nets, clothes rack, carpet, a writing desk and wash basin.

Dine in open-terraced restaurant overlooking glorious sunrises and the sunsets. The camp's chef will pamper you with fine cuisines. Fruits and vegetables are served fresh as they are picked from our it's own organic farm. The superbly designed bar is stocked with imported and local liqueurs along with chilled beers, sodas, and fresh juices. A fireplace adds to the ambience and comfort on chilly nights.

Lake Nakuru Sopa Lodge

Lake Nakuru Sopa sits on a range of hills that form the western limits of Africa's Great Rift Valley, overlooking Lake Nakuru and boasts spectacular views of the National park as far as the eye can see. An abundance of wildlife and birds can be found in Lake Nakuru National Park, including white and black rhinos and the rare Rothschild's giraffes.

The infinity swimming pool (including pool bar) overlooks the lake, whilst the lounge, bar and dining room all have large covered outdoor viewing terraces. The Lodge is 165 Km from Nairobi. 21 Km on all weather road from the Park gate to the Lodge. 2.5 hr drive from Nairobi. 30 minute flight from Wilson Airport to Naishi airstrip. 15 minute transfer from the airstrip to the Lodge.
